Storesbay provides an AI-powered cold email generator service that helps users create personalized outreach emails. Our service includes:

  • AI-generated personalized cold emails
  • Smart persona detection from websites
  • Multiple tone options (Professional, Casual, Persuasive)
  • Email generation history and analytics
  • Priority customer support

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter ($9/month): 75 AI-generated emails per month
  • Professional ($39/month): 500 AI-generated emails per month
  • Enterprise ($99/month): Unlimited AI-generated emails

All plans include smart persona detection, multiple tone options, and email support. Higher tiers include additional features as specified on our pricing page.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our secure payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Accessing your billing dashboard and clicking "Cancel Subscription"

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals beyond the first 7 days
  • Partial usage of monthly email quotas
  • Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
